  • You are a friendly, well organised Service Delivery Coordinator with potential experience of working on offshore projects. You have experience in database management and have great attention to detail. You have a cando attitude and can multitask and work under pressure.

  • They are a leading provider of construction and O&M support to major offshore wind farm projects.
  • What is the role?
  • As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will undertake administrative duties related to offshore personnel, support services and subcontractors.
  • What do the daytoday duties look like?
  • Administration of the maintenance management system, running and issuing output from MMS. Issuing and updating project schedules for all operations. To input Baseline plan updates and linking of all relevant data in MMS. Administering the timely purchase, shipment and mobilisation of Materials and Plant. Attending daily offshore coordination meetings as required. To report on offshore progress. Administering all construction queries. Preparing delivery progress reports whilst updating and maintaining records including cost spend against budgets. Issuing weekly reports on Cost, Schedule, and Change Control. Adhering to company safety standards and promoting safety culture in work.
