Our prestigious client, based in Corby, is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join their team.

This vacancy is offered on a permanent basis and is a salaried position, based on a 20+ hour working week, Monday to Friday flexible within 9am to 5pm.

The positionalso requires a degree of flexibility in response to daily priorities and the needs of the business.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic marketing assistant with a creative streak and high attention to detail, to join their busy and varied marketing team.

You will work closely with the Marketing manager to help deliver their marketing plans, assisting with shows and exhibitions preparation, image and asset management, creating engaging copy and managing customer and sales rep requests.

Keys Duties and Accountabilities (will include but not limited to)

Key Responsibilities

Asset management, ensuring our images and product data files are kept up to date
Proof reading and checking
Content creation
Support for marketing events and exhibitions, including collation of marketing materials
Day to day admin such as invoices, job files, images, and product data

General responsibilities

Working closely with the Marketing Manager to develop new ideas for marketing assets
Assist with planning exhibitions and events from finding suppliers to organising show kits
Creating and managing campaign schedules
Creating and proofing copy for a variety of media
Other Marketing tasks as required
Work to deadlines where necessary
