About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SharePoint Consultant to manage the SharePoint environments, develop user-friendly web portals, and drive effective content management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Configure and Manage SharePoint Environments: Configure and manage SharePoint environments to meet business requirements.
2. Develop and Maintain Web Portals: Develop and maintain user-facing web portals, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
3. Design and Implement Content Management Solutions: Design, implement, and oversee SharePoint content management solutions, including document libraries, workflows, and permissions.
4. Gather and Analyze Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for SharePoint solutions.
5. Maintain and Troubleshoot SharePoint Systems: Perform routine maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting for SharePoint systems.
6. Evaluate and Enhance SharePoint Architecture: Ensure adherence to best practices for SharePoint architecture, security, and compliance.
7. Provide Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the effectiveness of SharePoint tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Experience with SharePoint: 3+ years of experience managing SharePoint environments and developing web portals.
2. SharePoint Configuration: Proficiency in SharePoint configuration, including site collections, workflows, and permissions.
3. Content Management: Strong understanding of SharePoint content management and customization.
4. Web Portal Development: Experience in web portal development, including responsive design and user interface optimization.
5. Certification: Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator (Preferred).
6. Modern SharePoint Frameworks: Knowledge of modern SharePoint frameworks, such as SPFx, Power Automate, and Power Apps (desirable).
7. Problem-Solving and Communication: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and strong communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
