Site Carpenter

Chesworth Homes Ltd is a fast-growing, family-run construction company based in Mid-Wales.

Founded in 2021 and rapidly expanding ever since, we're looking to hire a Site Carpenter to join our growing team.

You'll be joining us at an exciting time and will be involved in developing some impressive projects.

As a growing company, you'll have the flexibility to shape the role to your strengths and the opportunity to advance within the role.

The Role:

Depending upon your skill set and experience, you'll be carrying out a variety of tasks on several domestic and commercial projects, such as, but not limited to;

1st Fix Carpentry
2nd Fix Carpentry
Roofing
Manual labour
Handling of materials
Assisting other trades
Using power tools & equipment

Requirements:

-
Minimum of 1-3 years experience in construction:

Able to interperate and follow working construction drawings advantageous
General tools and personal transportation advantageous
Hold a valid CSCS card (or be willing to obtain one)
Be within commuting distance of
Machynlleth or Tywyn:
Willing to travel between current sites

Young improvers/graduate apprentices are encouraged to apply

Salary to be negotiated and dependant on experience
