Reporting to the Client Services Manager, the Client Services Executive will provide a professional and effective service, supporting business clients throughout the contract renewal stage.

You will gather information, ensuring that we have a full knowledge of the client and their property, allowing Altus to deliver great outcomes and maximise client savings and revenue earned during the lifetime of their contract.

As a Client Services Executive you will build and maintain trusted relationships and manage client expectations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage a campaign of commercial clients and renewal results within defined accounts.
  • Build rapport with clients to identify opportunities to renew our current client contracts and crosssell other Altus Group services, where appropriate.
  • You will manage client expectations to ensure they understand processes and timescales.
  • Act as a trusted advisor throughout the entire contract renewal lifecycle.

Key Qualifications:

  • Must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom
  • We are looking for individuals with experience in customer and/or client service. However, if you are passionate and enthusiastic about providing a great client experience, then we want to hear from you
  • You should be confident using various systems including Microsoft Office and have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • At least 12 months prior working experience in sales/telecommunication, cold and/or warm calling.
  • B2B/sales experience is a plus

Salary:
£25,750.00 per annum plus uncapped earning potential through commission and quarterly bonus
