The Crisis Care pathway for
children &
young people across Greater Manchester (GM) has been totally transformed. Four multi-agency, multi-disciplinary Rapid Response teams who serve the whole of GM are at the heart of the transformation.
The Rapid Response Teams and the overall pathway emphasise a culture of accessible, high quality, holistic, child centred, recovery focused care, enabling you to effectively address the needs of children and families when they are at their most vulnerable.
The new crisis care pathway enjoys a high degree of national & local recognition and interest.
