Alexander James Recruiting is currently working with a leading material handling manufacturer who are looking to recruit a new service coordinator to schedule and manage the service requirements around Exeter.

With a competitive salary & annual bonus scheme plus numerous other benefits, this is a great opportunity for an experienced coordinator interested in a new role.

Responsibilities

Engaging in regular communication with clients & service team
Planning and coordinating diaries for service engineers
Managing customer queries and handling unexpected delays
Providing excellent customer service and being a brand ambassador for the company

Pay:
£28,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
