**About the function
**A small but impactful marketing team, we support Group Commercial Property who manage the retail portfolio in 19 major stations in Britain. We work with over 140 brands, operating out of 500,000 square feet of premium city centre real estate and generate an average of £60million in monthly sales.


Our retail offer regularly outperforms the high street and with brands like Oliver Bonas, Marks and Spencer, Kiehl's, Hotel Chocolat, Marugame and Pizza Pilgrims in our stations - along with pop up opportunities - there's never been a more exciting time to join the team.

What does the average day look like?
The role of
Marketing Manager is a multifaceted role in that you will undertake various duties including (but not limited to):
Support the Head of Property Marketing and Insights in delivery of agreed marketing plans.

Develop marketing activities within agreed brand and design guidelines.

Conduct a review of digital channels and develop a strategy to meet business objectives.

Manage and develop engaging digital content for a variety of channels, covering both B2B and B2C.

Monitor and assess the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and make recommendations for implementation.

Measure and evaluate marketing campaigns and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Manage budgets and agencies on a day-to-day basis.


What essential skills and experiences are required?

  • Experience in marketing management or related communications management environment
  • Very good interpersonal skills
  • Very good presentation and written skills
  • Professional marketing qualification (CIM)_
  • Digital marketing experience in web and social media channels

Band & Salary:
Band 4B - £34,050 - £38,305**
