Welcoming, helping and guiding customers to West Fishleigh Farm. Taking orders and preparing light snacks, keeping area clean and tidy tables ready for the next visitors.

West Fishleigh Farm, Made-Well is a not for profit community interest company which provides purposeful and positive opportunities. We reach out to all people, especially those with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental illness and loneliness.

We have a vacancy for a Hospitality Team Member to join our friendly team.

We offer a variety of opportunities and experiences at Made-Well including, café work, animals, swimming, horticulture, arts and crafts, pottery, woodwork, music, trips out, lambing and farm work.

Job role will include creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers and clients. Preparing fresh food and drinks in our café and serving same. Operating the till, taking cash and card payments. Washing up, cleaning, recycling and waste disposal.

Job Type:
Full time May include some weekend working

  • Food and drink preparation.
  • Taking orders / serving.
  • Maintaining coffee machine.
  • Dealing with deliveries and orders.
  • Washing up and clearing tables.
  • Cleaning at end of service.
Hours: 30.00 per week
