Description

This new role is to:

  • Lead and support our Advice Service Leads (ASL) within the DCC, as well as our Outreach ASL's
  • Provide a link between initial contact and all our advice services.
  • Will involve working closely with our ASL's, Quality of Advice Assessment assessors and Project Lead to ensure a seamless high quality advice service.


Citizens Advice Rural Cambs is a local charity serving at the heart of our community, covering Fenland and Huntingdonshire and through some of our projects East Cambridgeshire, entirely funded by grants and donations, and we are a member of national Citizens Advice.

Part-time hours: 18 per week


Salary:
£15.58 per hour
