We're shaking up the vacation rental industry, transforming properties into five-star vacation home rentals, and delivering exceptional travel experiences to property owners and their guests.


As a Sales and Reservations Agent, you'll be a key part of our team, helping to drive volume and repeat business through your energetic and motivated approach.

You'll need to be well-organized, ambitious, and people-oriented to make the most of this exciting role.


Here's what you'll be doing:


  • Presenting, promoting and booking properties to new guests with strong negotiation tactics
  • Using your extensive knowledge of the property market to sell confidently to guests
  • Communicating our luxury portfolio to guests, understanding their needs, consulting on property amenities, and promoting our additional services
  • Increasing the number of reservations and rate of converted leads to achieve monthly KPIs and targets
  • Establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships to ensure guest satisfaction and future sales
  • Creating a repeat client base and becoming the first point of contact for their travel needs
  • Ensuring prompt replies to all inquiries and requests of our customers
  • Ensuring maximum level of customer satisfaction
  • Working closely with IT & Marketing Departments to assist with website UI/UX and marketing strategies
  • Contributing to the overall improvement of our daytoday business operations
  • Sharing ideas with management about customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new properties and services

Here are the skills you'll need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience (ideally in the serviced apartments and/ or hospitality sales industry)
  • Multitasking and strong time management skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills in both Greek and English
  • Superior customer relations skills and ability to deliver complete hospitality to guests
  • Tenacity and passion for lead generation and conversion
  • Highly responsive and reliable with strong attention to detail
  • Energetic and responsive you must be able to work in a fastpaced environment.

Salary:
£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
