About the role:


We have an exciting opportunity where you will provide a range of administrative support to the MASH (Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub) which is the front door to Luton Children's Services.


This includes carrying out administrative procedures, taking minutes, answering telephone calls into the MASH, transferring to other teams or taking detailed messages for the social work staff.


In this vital role, you will also be responsible for the accurate inputting of data onto the Council's computer systems including Liquid Logic and covering for Team Administrators within the service when on annual leave or sickness.


About you:

This is a public facing role so you'll need to show off your fluency in speaking and writing English.

You'll have the ability to quickly assimilate how to use effectively specified service required software packages e.g. LCS & AFP.
