Hobson Prior are currently seeking for an Associate Scientist to join a brilliant pharmaceutical organisation on a contract basis located in Liverpool.

Our client is focused on producing prescription pharmaceuticals and biologics in various therapeutic areas.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.


Key Responsibilities:


  • For this role, you will develop drug product analytical strategies which involves chromatographybased, for example: HPLC/UPLC/GC, KF and dissolution.
  • Evaluate and communicate analytical outcomes and conclusions both verbally and in writing.
  • Responsible for analysing analytical outcomes with the target of improving the strength of analytical strategies and developing a comprehension of key drug product quality attributes.
  • Perform and examine developmental stability experiments to notify formulation design and packaging selection for drug products.
  • Any other assigned duties.

  • Able to resolve issues.
  • Keen to grow self scientifically.
  • Works well with others as well as independently.
  • Communication skills both verbally and in writing.

Requirements:


  • Familiarity with multiple analytical practices, which involves HPLC, dissolution and KF.
  • Acquaintance with GC would be advantageous.
  • Capable of implementing and documenting scientific experiments and efficiently discuss study outcomes.
