Service Desk Analyst
One of my best clients are looking to take on an experienced
Service Desk Analyst to join their IT team on a permanent basis.
This person will be responsible for providing 2nd and some 3rd line support over 200 internal staff based bothon-site and remotely.
This person will be accustomed to working in a fast paced and dynamic service desk environment, answering tickets, and troubleshooting through to resolution.
My client's IT department works in an ITIL environment so prior experience of this nature would be highly beneficial.
Experience with the following is crucial:
- Windows 10
- Windows Server
- Active Directory
- Azure
- Exchange
- TCP/IP
- DNS/DHCP
- MDM
- Backup experience
Desirable skills:
- VMware experience
- ITIL V3 or V4 certification
