_Overview_

_As a member of the IT Graphics Technology team, implement and support all graphics information technologies as defined in Graphics Technology Responsibility Guide. _

_Duties:
_

_Software support for all the studio's within the group

_:

_Administrate and manage user access to all systems

_:
-
_Assist in the calibration and maintenance of the internal processes

_:
-
_Support the ever-growing group for Mac based technical issues

_:
-
_Assistance and support for internal users and customers using our online approval system

_:
-
_Upgrading and maintaining computers within the studios

_:
-
_Testing new software in a controlled environment

_:
-
_Working with the team to deliver new improved processes for both the group and customers

_:
-
_Assisting with proofing / colour management issues_

_Requirements:
_

_Experience in the print industry

_:

_Experience in Adobe Suite

_:

_Understanding of Office 365 and mainly Excel

_:

_Essential knowledge in Esko automation, software and hardware

_:
-
_Good knowledge of vanilla JavaScript

_:
-
_Good knowledge of PHP and SQL

_:
-
_Familiar with Cloud solutions and virtualisation software such as Hyper-V

_:
-
_Filemaker experience, building database, tables and calculations

_:
-
_Good knowledge of Apple products including Mac performance, configuration and maintenance

_:

_Excellent logical fault find skills

_:

_Detail / Process driven and extremely organised
