In short:
Your Mission:
- Take full ownership of our retail recruiting strategy in the Retail Operations teams from store advisors, lead store advisors, assistant store leaders and store leaders across our current and future EMEA retail stores
- Partner strategically with retail operations hiring managers to set expectations and develop interview processes that lead to exceptional hires
- Create, implement, and improve upon existing programs and processes whilst developing innovative strategies to find talented, passionate people across various platforms and channels
- Utilize Greenhouse reports, dashboards, and other tools and data to illustrate the recruiting pipeline and analyze results
Your story:
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in fullcycle recruiting in retailrelated company with full ownership of store level recruitment
- History of collaborating successfully with functional leaders
- Experience working on high volume, tight deadlines hiring for store openings
- Ability to utilize data to influence the business and backup recruiting goals and projections
