Accounts Payable Specialist (French Speaking) - Trafford Park (Hybrid Working)- A global production business with multiple sites across the UK
About Our Client:
Our client is a global production business with an annual turnover of over 7 billion euros.
The business has also 15,000 employees across 33 countries, in the UK there are 7 sites with totalling 500+ employees.
Accounts Payable Specialist duties include:
- Processing purchase invoices
- Resolving invoice queries for price, quantity & contract issues
- Accounts payable ledger management, clearing debit balance and dealing with aged debt.
- Weekly invoice payments
- Monthly AP accruals
- Vendor account clearing
- Vendor ageing analysis
- Booking bank transactions in SAP
- Weekly cashflow forecasting
The Successful Applicant:
- Be fluent in French (speaking, reading & writing)
- Have a proven track record in a similar role
- Have good working knowledge of SAP
- Be an excellent written and verbal communicator
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Be able to work to tight deadlines
- Be proficient in MS office
