Redcliffe Homes is an established independent house building company creating desirable homes in sought after locations throughout the South West.
We currently have a vacancy for a coordinator, working mainly for our Customer Care/Quality Assurance and Build Departments.The role will be full time at our Head Office in Chipping Sodbury; working alongside our Office Manager when required and reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager.

The Job role:
- Assist the Quality Assurance Manager with customer care enquiries/issues to completion within an acceptable timeframe
- Data entry
- Diary management for quality assurance team
- Liaising with contractors/suppliers
- Raising purchase orders/contra charges
- General office administration duties
- Phone and lunch break cover

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
