Description

Redcliffe Homes is an established independent house building company creating desirable homes in sought after locations throughout the South West.

We currently have a vacancy for a coordinator, working mainly for our Customer Care/Quality Assurance and Build Departments.

The role will be full time at our Head Office in Chipping Sodbury; working alongside our Office Manager when required and reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager.

The Job role:

  • Assist the Quality Assurance Manager with customer care enquiries/issues to completion within an acceptable timeframe
  • Data entry
  • Diary management for quality assurance team
  • Liaising with contractors/suppliers
  • Raising purchase orders/contra charges
  • General office administration duties
  • Phone and lunch break cover

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
