Commercial Analyst:


  • Machester (hybrid working 3 days in office)


Futures are excited to be working with a market leading fmcg business, with a diverse portfolio of exciting branded products.

With a current turnover of £100M this FMCG giant is family-owned and operated and prides itself on its family atmosphere and qualityproducts

This is a super exciting time to join the business as they launch in to new European markets.

You will work alongside Industry Experts who are on hand to develop you further in your career, progressing in to Senior Analyst roles with exposure to people managementand business strategy.

Due to extensive growth within the UK non-food FMCG market, they are expanding and hiring for a Commercial Analyst.


Key responsibilities of a Commercial Analyst...

  • Work with internal stakeholders to collate, analyse and reporting of key business performance reporting levels and summaries
  • Identify trends and provide key reports to support the commercial decisionmaking process
  • Build data models to help aid business decisions
  • Works closely with National Account Managers on sales analysis and account strategies
  • Involvement in company pricing strategies
  • Championing change management, driving improvements to financial accountability across all divisions, identifying and contributing to business improvement opportunities
  • Perform strategic analysis and prepare financial models to support strategic planning activities
  • Assisting with annual group budget process and annual forecasting

What are we looking for:


  • Strong Analytic skill set with the ability to provide actionable recommendations based on critical metrics, ideally within a consumer goods business
  • Strong teamwork; able to effectively participate and motivate others working within a team environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; able to present to all levels within the organization as well as customers
  • Should be goal oriented, confident, outgoing, and able to succeed under pressure within a competitive environment.
