We are looking for a compassionate, collaborative and values driven leader to join us on a 12-month secondment as our interim Head of Therapies, leading our brilliant Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy teams - working across both inpatients and outpatients.

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to stretch and test your compassionate leadership skills with the support and encouragement of a dedicated senior leadership team.


We are the major teaching hospital and acute NHS Trust on the South Coast, providing services for local residents as well specialist services for people across the region and further afield.

With c13,000 staff, operating 24/7, 365 days a year we are also a major centre for teaching and research in partnership with the University of Southampton, the Medical Research Council and the Welcome Trust.
