Creative Events Executive - Myprotein

Location:
Manchester (WA15 0AF)


Overview:


Sitting within the influencer and events structure, this role will assist in the creative ideation and delivery of our events calendar.

Working closely with multiple marketing teams across the floor to bring to life disruptive, ownable event concepts within the nutrition and wellness space with a core focus on activating our global influencer roster, thumb-stopping campaigns and world-first product launches.


Responsibilities:


  • Ownership of allocated events within the calendar, managing them endtoend and ensuring their successful delivery against preagreed KPIs and objectives
  • Reporting on the success of our events with key metrics and analytical learnings
  • Creative ideation of event concepts into full proposals to be submitted for approval, pitched to senior stakeholders within the business, including the CEO.
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends and news from across the sector, taking learnings into your own work.
  • Working closely with multiple teams across the marketing floor including; Influencers, Organic Social, Paid Social, MP Clothing, Brand & Campaigns etc to seamlessly create a 360 approach to events and activations
  • Full stakeholder management of THGs internal teams (Studio / Set Build / Creative) to maximise the efficiencies we have within the group.
  • Financial management and working understanding of budgets and costing. Managing invoicing processes and ensuring prompt payment to our network of freelancers and suppliers.
  • Support on the project management and delivery of larger scale, brand moment events
  • Manage the delivery of influencer integration into events, with disruptive content creation at the core.
  • Complete work set within agreed timelines as part of a full event critical path.
  • Reaching out to potential suppliers, freelancers and venues to make initial contact and secure quotes. Then onboarding and managing relationships with third parties.
  • Manage multiple bookings and stakeholders' travel arrangements liaising with THG's internal travel team.

Requirements:


  • Experience operating in a creative environment and working to a brief
  • 1+ years events industry experience
  • The ability to perform to a high standard whist under pressure, prioritising key tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
  • A conscientious selfstarter who has the ability to see projects through to completion, driving stakeholders along the way.
  • Knowledge of both current and emerging global platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok etc.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to represent the brand in front of both customers and influencers.
