Retail Branch Manager

Starting Salary:
£19,525 per year (OTE £28,000)


++ Fantastic Annual bonus based on company performance


You will work 37.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 4 days on 3 days off giving you a good work life balance.

We are the UK's favourite car buying service and we are growing FAST We have over 500 branches and are opening more sites each month

We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, honest, service-driven individuals to join our team.


Don't worry if you don't know anything about cars, we will teach you everything you need to know and so much more.


Role Requirements:


  • Firstandforemost our Branch Managers buy cars, but also ensure the efficient running of their branches. You are the main point of contact for our thousands of customers every week.
  • Contact customers and prioritise your diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
  • Work fulltime up to a maximum of 37.5 hours per week.

About you:


  • A current full UK manual driving license.
  • Experience of working in a target driven environment is desirable.
  • Customerfocused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and by yourself.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
  • Excellent administration and IT skills.
