What you'll be doing
What awaits you is a two-year programme designed to sculpt you into a future leader.


You will receive comprehensive training across four key business areas, including
Claims operations, Standards Innovation and Research, Insurance Underwriting and Commercial Services.



Our graduate programme includes:

Rotational placements: Dive headfirst into diverse roles through six-month placements, providing an understanding of our key business operations. Help to tackle industry challenges, hone your skills and discover your true career aspirations.

Mentorship and support: Throughout your journey, you'll be guided by industry experts and mentors who are committed to nurturing your growth and maximising your potential.

Professional development: Witness your personal growth from a graduate to a seasoned professional. Gain hands-on experience, build invaluable networks and unleash your creativity as you contribute to ground-breaking projects shaping the future of the house-building industry.


On successful completion of the programme, you'll transition into a new role within NHBC, equipped with the skills, knowledge and confidence to thrive in your professional career in functional areas of
Business Support and Improvement, Claims, Commercial Services, Data & Analytics, Risk & Compliance and Underwriting.



Qualifications:

Education and Qualifications

  • Qualified to degree level in the preferred areas (but not limited to) Business, Computer Science, Construction e.g. Surveying Economics, Engineering. Health & Safety, Legal, Maths and Risk.
