An opportunity has arisen to join a busy Engineering Service Desk based in Harlow, the job role will consist of taking incoming client calls and booking engineer visits, dealing with client enquiries and managing the engineers diary to ensure engineers can carry out their work efficiently.
Other duties include invoicing completed works using our in-house software (full training will be provided) and ordering equipment with the stores team to ensure the engineers can carry out their work, the role will also involve assisting with any other duties in the department as requested by the Service Manager / General Manager.
Hours of work are 8 am until 6 pm Monday - Friday with one hours lunch each day.
