We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced practitioner, qualified to a minimum of level 3 in Childcare to join our ever expanding setting as a 1-1 SEND support practitioner here at Kabuki Childcare Centre.
The successful applicant must have an excellent understanding of current legislation, SEND code of practice, Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Education Health Needs Assessment (EHNA).
They must also have an understanding of the Pec's system and have a passion towards supporting children with additional needs.
Duties include providing high quality care, working closely on a 1-1 basis with the SEN children in setting, planning stimulating activities based on children's individual needs and tracking and monitoring their progress through observation and collecting evidence for their support plans.
You will ensure the children feel safe and secure and provide opportunities for them to learn both indoor and outdoors.
