The Supply Room is seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to work with students aged years in a Specialist School in Eastleigh, Hampshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with previous experience, training, qualifications, or knowledge in Childcare, Education, Health & Social Care to make a real impact in the lives of young people.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students who present with challenging behaviour.

Your responsibilities will include assisting the classroom teacher with lesson delivery, providing one-to-one support to students, helping to manage behaviour in the classroom, and creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

This position offers the chance to work in a supportive team environment and develop your skills in supporting students with diverse needs.

This is a fixed-term contract with eventual opportunities to become a permanent member of staff within the school.

The pay rate is £85 - £90 per day, and working hours are Monday to Friday (8.30am - 3.30pm).

Immediate start is available, or you can begin from September 2024.
