We're looking for a dynamic and driven HR & Recruitment Administrator with some HR experience, to support our people requirements.

You'll have a genuine passion for HR and will be keen to grow your HR career with us. We've fully embraced a hybrid working model here at Agilitas but we'll want you to work in our offices at least two days a week, but more to begin with so that you get to know us and we you


About you - you'll have great communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and as your experience so will your exposure to EE/ER matters.

We'll look to demonstrate and showcase your experience including as it grows taking on more responsibility in supporting our people.


Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain our electronica employee HR files up to date, ensuring all documents are filed correctly and undertaking audits as necessary.
  • Support our recruitment processes, including preparing job descriptions, ads, organising interviews, advertising roles and leading and participating in interviews as appropriate.
  • Support the new joiner/onboarding process including hosting the HR induction, meet and greet, and validation of statutory new joiner documents, eg evidence of right to work in the UK etc.
  • Undertaking new joiner welcome and induction processes, including pre joining communications and periodic check in with new joiners and line managers to ensure that all is running smoothly.
  • Prepare HR documents, e.g. employment contracts, offer letters, variation of terms etc.
  • Coordinate and book employee training, keeping records of training attended and required.
  • Support Company audit requirements from a HR and people perspective as necessary.
  • Maintain our HR people database, Cascade, including inputting new joiners, leavers, changes and producing HR and people reports as necessary.
  • Coordinate Employee of the Quarter reward scheme.
  • Manage probationary review process.
  • Process invoice and raise purchase orders.
  • Support and coordinate monthly payroll arrangements in terms of employee reporting and updating employees changes both manually and onto our HR database.
  • Together with the Chief People Office, maintain our People Policies and Your Guide to Working with Us, which is our employee handbook.
  • General administration tasks, department expenses, photocopying, filing, (electronic and hard copy), post etc.
  • Produce monthly and ad hoc reports using Cascade and Excel as part of our people reporting
  • Any other duties commensurate with the nature and scope of this role.
  • Some HR experience would be useful, as would a recognised HR qualified.
  • Capable of developing strong HR and people skills, with a real desire and passion for HR and career progression.
  • Strong IT skills, Microsoft Excel and Word and competent in the use of IT systems including HR databases.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with good attention to detail.
  • First class interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with senior and junior stakeholders alike.
  • Selfmotivated and able to work on own initiative with a positive 'can do' mentality.
  • Resilient and able to work calmly during times of pressure and meet deadlines and targets effectively.
  • Prepared to work agilely with our Company, including on site, in line with our people services requirements.

Hours of work:

37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday.

Following training will be able to work from home 2 days a week, to be agreed.

We are based in Nottingham at Glaisdale Parkway which is situated on the west side of Nottingham located approximately 4 miles to West of the City Centre via the A609 and 4 miles from the M1 with convenient access to junctions 25 and 26.

The area is very well connected for public transport with numerous bus routes in close vicinity.


Salary:
£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
