We are seeking a passionate and dedicated trainee to join Safari Childcare and gain their level 2 and / or level 3 qualification in childcare.

We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and knowledgeable individual in our setting working with children from the age of 3 months to 5 years.

We are seeking a Trainee Early Years Educator who has a strong passion for developing children's learning in the Early Years as well as creating and leading an environment of outstanding childcare.

The successful applicant will hold a basic understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and will have the drive to learn about early years and child development.

They will share our belief in a creative curriculum and will join in our Safari ethos of a love for open ended investigation and positive outdoor experiences.

The position is full time/ part time. Working between the hours of 7am-6.30pm on a rota pattern.

The successful applicant will need to be committed to delivering high quality childcare, be flexible to change and be open to trying new approaches to children's development.

The successful applicant must work well in a team under the supervision of management and will act as a key person for a small group of children; planning and leading exciting play and learning opportunities.

They will have good communication skills and an organised approach to their work. The successful applicant must be able to work well on their own initiate.
