Whether you've taught students before or are looking for the perfect entry point into the world of education, being an Employability Skills Coach with The Sheffield College guarantees every day will be a rewarding experience.

You will be carrying out the full breadth of Skills Coach duties, including:

Deliverering an interactive and engaging employability programme to
L1 &
L2 students
Coordinating work placements
Report on key KPI's for work experience and work readiness
Analysing data and producing reports for managers
Ensuring Health and Safety monitoring activities are carried out
Champion our singleminded commitment to putting students first.

Though ideally, you will:

Be able to confidently deliver to a group of students
Have the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and IPC's
Previous experience and indepth knowledge of employability skills
