Position Overview:


Key Responsibilities:

• Superior Customer Service**:Deliver the highest level of customer service, going above and beyond to cater to the needs of both patients and staff.

- Adaptability:Wear multiple hats, from comforting patients to handling inquiries, managing appointments, cashing up, and fostering a comforting atmosphere.

- Rapid Responsiveness: Swiftly address new queries, offering informative and responsive support to new and existing patients.

- Effective System and Process Adherence: Follow established systems and processes to provide a consistent level of service and to ensure seamless transitions between tasks. This is particularly vital for handling new patient inquiries, as a prompt, compassionate response increases the likelihood of conversion and positive word-of-mouth about our practice.

- Customer Relationship Management: Demonstrate a willingness to learn and master customer relationship systems to effectively manage new inquiries and maintain positive patient relationships.
