What we need from Customer Service Advisors

As a Customer Service Advisor working for Insurance Revolution you will be part of our team working with clients to ensure they get the best possible experience.

From helping clients locate their documents to adding drivers to their policies, no two calls are ever the same for our customer service staff.

We are looking for Customer Service Advisors with previous customer service experience, preferably in Motor Insurance, to join our team and hit the ground running.

If you have telephone based customer service experience elsewhere, don't worry, we provide full training for our staff.

We have big plans for the future of the business and are looking for people that share this vision with us and are looking to develop a career in motor insurance.
