Description

Retail Sales Associate at our Partney, Ulceby, and Bilsby Spar shops and forecourts. We are offering a permanent 24 hours per week contract

Duties:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving concerns
Maintain knowledge of current products and promotions to effectively sell merchandise
Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing displays
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer's shopping experience
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

Skills:

Strong organizational skills to effectively manage inventory and maintain a tidy sales floor
Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating discounts or change
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet customer needs promptly
Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette, to assist customers over the phone or in person

We are seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales.
