Remuneration:
- Salary
- Negotiable depending on experience.
- Annual Performance related bonusses.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and overseeing the importing or exporting of goods from various global origins (Air, Sea, and Road).
- Coordinating the collection process through specified transportation companies.
- Collaborating with clients, agents and haulage providers.
- Delivering outstanding customer service.
- Order tracking, invoicing and processing prealerts from overseas offices.
- Handling customs entries as required.
- Handling job costing.
Requirements:
- Experience in import or export operations including air, sea, and road (1 year).
- Proficiency in customs clearance procedures (advantage but not required, full training given).
- Handson experience with freight related software such as ASM Sequoia (advantage but not required, full training given).
- Outstanding Customer Service Skills.
Pay:
From £25,000.00 per year
