Description

The purpose of this role is to be responsible for the appropriate project management and reporting associated with the delivery of a wide range of consultancy projects.

You will provide high quality administrative support externally to consultants and clientsand internally to teams across the company.

The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective financial administration and maintaining accurate financial administration and records of these projects.

You will take an active projectmanagement approach to the portfolio of projects you are responsible for, developing good working relationships with the consultants, monitor progress against financial and reporting deliverable, and will act as a source of expertise and advice to consultantsassisting them with administration in the delivery of their projects.

The ability to work across several concurrent projects is essential and you will be expected support the Finance Manager in the preparation and facilitation of audit administration

Profile

High quality administrative support provided externally to consultants and clients and internally to teams across the company.
Efficient and effective financial administration and accurate financial administration and records of these projects maintained.
Active project management approach to the portfolio of projects you are responsible for.
Good working relationships with the consultants, developed with project progress monitored against financial and reporting deliverable, acting as a source of expertise and advice to consultants
Support provided to the Finance Manager in the preparation and facilitation of audit administration.
