A remote Packaging Coordinator role offering a salary of up to £30,000

About Our Client:

Our client is a leading international health care business. They are now looking for a Design Coordinator to join their busy team in Bath.

Duties and responsibilities for the Design Coordinator are:

To liaise with the key stakeholders involved in the artwork process (Studio, Regulatory, Commercial, Supply Chain, Quality, CMO)
To liaise with the Artwork Supplier when creating an artwork change using the designated artwork system.
To manage the resolution of technical queries to meet project milestones.
Coordinate the approval of the artwork file and ensure process compliance, accurately and on time.
Provide the finished artwork to the Regulatory contact for authority submission and final approval.
Leads the implementation of approved artworks in conjunction with the manufacturer, planning, and regulatory affairs to ensure compliance while minimising writeoff costs.
Lead Artwork process deviation investigations to identify root causes based on the Artwork and labelling process failures.
Manage Artwork amendments and related documentation within the Artwork System.
Update supplier Bill of Materials (BOM'S) and other associated documentation.
Accountable for updating and maintaining Artwork library for designated product portfolio.
Maintain artwork costs in line with budget requirements.
Invoice validation and approval
