I have a brilliant opportunity for a Digital Account Executive to join a digital agency client of mine.

This well-established agency specialises in website & digital design, with varied clients all over the globe including high-profile ones such as Meta

All of their clients and project comes from word of mouth and referrals and as they continue to expand they are now seeking a Digital Account Executive to the main point of contact for their growing client base


The Role

  • Be clients' main point of contact.
  • You will manage client requests, brief small jobs internally and ensure the consistent delivery of quality work within budget and timelines
  • Advise client on best practice, sharing knowledge and understanding and making decisions collaboratively as appropriate.
  • Continually look for and pursue further opportunities to support our clients and improve our service.
  • Digital Project management, 45%
  • Conduct quality assurance testing, including crossbrowser testing and/or coordinate such QA.
  • Set and manage clients' and partners' expectations throughout.
  • Brief in work with the team, monitor actual and projected spend to keep your projects on time and within budget.
  • Be able to communicate technical aspects to nontechnical people.

Key Skills

  • Comfortable with technical aspects of digital delivery and demonstrable experience working with content management systems (WordPress or Shopify)
  • Confident in planning and managing technical or creative projects.
  • Enthusiastic to learn new vocabulary and skills
  • Confident to communicate well with both clients and colleagues
  • Able to work calmly and methodically under pressure, sometimes to tight deadlines and prioritise multiple incoming tasks
  • Selfmotivated and able to work unsupervised within the team
