Job Title:
Team Leader

  • Supported Living Service

Company Overview:

Mourneview Court, part of The Cedar Foundation, located in West Belfast is supported living accommodation for adults with a Learning Disability, complex needs or autism spectrum disorder.

The site includes a range of bungalows and apartments providing a 24-hour service.


Hours: 35 hours, Day and Night duty
- rota basis


Pay Rate:
£13.09 per hour


Essential Criteria:


  • GCSE Maths and English
  • Level 3 Health and Social Care
  • 2 years residential care experience
  • Knowledge of learning disabilities
  • Experience with challenging behaviours
  • Good communication and IT skills
  • Driver and access to a car
