They are a Warrington based, Nationwide servicing business.

We would like to work with a super talented Mortgage Case Manager that enjoy the role of providing unrivalled support to customers in securing their dream home.

You will become an integral part of our vision in providing exceptional customer care to customers situated throughout the UK.

As a Mortgage Case Manager, you will be an integral part of our team working closely with our Mortgage Advisers.

Key responsibilities:

Regularly liaise with lenders and providers to obtain updates on applicant status
Ensure a high level of accuracy for data entry and ongoing record keeping

Requirements:

Mortgage administration experience preferred
Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently
Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral
Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service
A team player with ability to use own initiative
A good understanding of the mortgage market
Progression support available
Passion, creativity, energy and enthusiasm are a must
Be a proactive, selfstarter with a gogetter attitude capable of having the confidence to work with customers purchasing a wide array of properties across the UK
