This is an exciting new job opportunity to work within our new Employment Advice Service, which is a service providing psychological therapies to people with common mental health problems.

We are looking for a post-holder who will support individuals with common mental health problems to gain, return to, or retain employment.

This is a Hull service delivered by a partnership of sub-provider organisations, and the Employment Advisor (EA) will be expected to work collaboratively with partners within a matrix management framework.

This role is integrated within the long-established NHS Hull Talking Therapy Service (formerly Let's Talk) IAPT service


To support you in these duties you will work closely with the Senior Employment Advisor(s), and also with therapists, Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners and others within the service, to ensure the client benefits from an integrated care approach.
