Job Description:

This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your background in inventory control and quality assurance for those individuals with leadership experience.

You'll join a team who work in a fast-paced environment where there are multiple priorities to be managed.

Creating and cultivating a safety culture by identifying safety opportunities across your work area
Ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled per quality guidelines
Continuously providing critical shift related information to frontline management and operators
Adjusting labor allocation within assigned department throughout the shift per latest plan
Driving proactive actions as communicated by manager to remove barriers impacting good shift performance
Engaging with support functions and/or other departments to address common issues or needs in key areas of performance e.g., process area readiness, 5S, safety, training
Delivering coaching and feedback to line operators related to productivity and quality performance, and safe behaviours.

Qualifications:

Leads by example in all key areas of performance including safety and quality
Strong analytical abilities, including proficient mathematical and data analysis skills
Able to swiftly pick up new software systems and data analysis tools
A resilient, focused problem solver and selfstarter, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a complex, occasionally ambiguous environment.
Knowledge of the MS Office suite, especially Excel
Strong commitment to employee development, as well as an exceptional level of dedication, motivation, and intelligence
Communicating well in the local language and in English, verbally and written
