Job Description:


This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your background in inventory control and quality assurance for those individuals with leadership experience.

You'll join a team who work in a fast-paced environment where there are multiple priorities to be managed.

  • Creating and cultivating a safety culture by identifying safety opportunities across your work area
  • Ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled per quality guidelines
  • Continuously providing critical shift related information to frontline management and operators
  • Adjusting labor allocation within assigned department throughout the shift per latest plan
  • Driving proactive actions as communicated by manager to remove barriers impacting good shift performance
  • Engaging with support functions and/or other departments to address common issues or needs in key areas of performance e.g., process area readiness, 5S, safety, training
  • Delivering coaching and feedback to line operators related to productivity and quality performance, and safe behaviours.

Qualifications:


  • Leads by example in all key areas of performance including safety and quality
  • Strong analytical abilities, including proficient mathematical and data analysis skills
  • Able to swiftly pick up new software systems and data analysis tools
  • A resilient, focused problem solver and selfstarter, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a complex, occasionally ambiguous environment.
  • Knowledge of the MS Office suite, especially Excel
  • Strong commitment to employee development, as well as an exceptional level of dedication, motivation, and intelligence
  • Communicating well in the local language and in English, verbally and written
