Our vision is to be an innovative provider of quality homes and services, with residents and staff at the heart of Ocean, and Ocean at the heart of the community.
Furthermore, since our establishment in 2000, we are proud to have invested over £200 million in the county through community involvement, property development, jobs and apprenticeships.
Cornwall Housing Ltd manages 4,500 homes, and as a Group, we're committed to making a real contribution to Cornwall's housing shortage, with ambitious plans to develop more homes.
We're striving for all of our housing stock to meet a minimum of the EPC C standard earlier than the government target of 2030.
As part of an exciting change programme, to ensure we are fit for the future, we seek to appoint a Senior Property Services Manager (Assets, Energy & Investment).
Reporting to our Head of Property Services, who in turn reports to Ocean Housing's Managing Director, you'll be responsible for business-critical strategic planning within the context of our 40-year investment plan, together with the detailed planning of a 5-year rolling revenue and capital programme.
You'll prepare asset management strategies for the short, medium and long term, together with delivering Decent Homes compliance, procurement of goods and services, energy efficiency programmes and rolling stock condition surveys.
We seek a collaborative and motivational leader passionate about delivering an effective, innovative, energy-efficient asset management service to all stakeholders and residents, ensuring top-quality customer service and value for money.
As a leader of asset management functions, you'll bring a proven track record of successful performance in the social housing context.
Ocean is committed to creating a culture of inclusivity and belonging; we actively seek to bring diversity into our business, ensuring we get different perspectives and lived experiences which shape our decisions.
