Technology Services Group (TSG) powers BNY Mellon by providing scale, capacity, and capability to deliver the critical technology required to operate the global financial services markets.

As part of TSG, the
TSG Production Services team

Maintains a secure and stable production environment for the Bank and
Clients around the globe (including Database Network, Messaging, Voice and Video technology.)
Monitors the Cyber Technology Operations Center (CTOC) 24x7x365 for realtime observation of the technology estate.

Responsibilities

Experience in Deployment and Support of Microsoft Teams
Worked in environments with interoperability between Cisco & Teams
Performed troubleshooting in major issues across MS Teams
In Depth Technical Expertise across voice and Unified Communications
Good understand of Cloud and QoS

Requirements

Network Engineer with Experience in Cloud, Collaboration and Teams
Experience in Deployment and Support of Microsoft Teams
Worked in environments with interoperability between Cisco & Teams
Performed troubleshooting in major issues including MS Teams
In Depth Technical Expertise across voice and Unified Communications
Experience in Aruba Wireless, McAfee Proxy and F5 is all advantageous
