Our client is a growing network build partner for a rural broadband connectivity provider to local communities.

They are currently in the market for an experienced supervisor to work with their teams in the field and a small team of managers.

This would be ideal for an ex Openreach Engineer, or a current Engineer looking for a step up who has experience of managing civils gangs.


Position Overview - Street Works Supervisor

  • Liaise between customers and subcontractors
  • Managing civils gangs
  • Supervision of digging teams
  • Supervision of Fibre Installations
  • Reporting and Communicating of any onsite issues

Position Requirements - Street Works Supervisor

  • Knowledge of Fibre Splicing
  • Knowledge of Fibre Blowing
  • Experience managing gangs of civils operatives
  • Holder of Supervision Units of NRSWA
  • Solid Microsoft Office Skills
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Full, Clean Uk Driving License

Position Remuneration - Street Works Supervisor

  • Basic Salary of £34,000 £36,000
  • Transport provided with fuel expenses covered
  • 28 Days Holiday Including Bank Holidays
  • Company Pension Scheme
  • More to be discussed at interview
