Description
This is a structured Programme of between 15-18 months training programme (length of programme is dependent upon contracted hours) that consists of the following:

  • An induction programme providing an insight and development into the skills needed to undertake your new role.
  • Relevant mandatory training including Information Governance and Risk Awareness.
  • Work placement that will be supported through working alongside experienced staff
  • Regular study sessions, support and guidance to develop colleagues who share our core values and objectives at the Trust
