Description
Project Co-ordinator required by a manufacturing company based in Southend on Sea, Essex. This role is a permanent full time role, office based with occasional visits to installation sites. Experience in a similar Projects role within manufacturing or constructionis essential.

As a Project Co-ordinator you will report to the Project Manager and your duties will include:


  • To facilitate the completion of projects in a timely and costeffective manner
  • Ensure all deadlines are met
  • Work closely with the Production Planner to ensure smooth running of all projects
  • Take joint responsibility with other management towards multilevel quality assurance/inspection standards.
  • To use and update the Project Tracker daily working closely with the Project Team to always ensure completeness to be treated as a live document
  • Liaise with the Finance team and Purchasing manager in relation to budgets and finances
  • Be proactive to cut costs
  • Ensure deadlines are met
  • Book installations via the Installation Manager
  • Deal with complaints
  • Attend Project meetings.
Starting salary £35k, to be reviewed after probation period. A great range of company benefits on offer including profit share and healthcare.
