Housing Options Accommodation Officer, Private Rented Sector.

G07 £26,845 - £28,371 per annum

As the Housing Options Accommodation Officer you will be the single point of contact for temporary accommodation within the Housing Options Team for the private rented sector.

You will be responsible for communicating all aspects of the process to the service user and to process any concerns or enquiries.

It will involve evening and weekend work.

You will be required to manage the stock of temporary accommodation within the private rented sector in order to maximise revenue for the team and to be responsible for allocating temporary accommodation to homeless applicants.

You will work closely with the Local Lettings Aagency.

You will report directly to the Housing Options Accommodation Team Leader and be required to support the Team Leader in delivering the services / projects in line with key corporate strategies.
