Night Shift - 12am - 8am
Monday-Friday with overtime on weekends available

We need reliable production operatives to help assist with the work load we currently have.

But we don't just want anyone, we're looking for an individual who can help progress us to the next level.

Give us a different take and perspective on what we currently offer, so if you're looking for an easy role, this isn't the job for you.

Your role will consist of operating various bits of machinery required to produce the end product, but that's not just it.

We want an individual who's willing to roll their sleeves up and dig in at the deep end

Working as part of a team, your duties will include:

Mixing chemicals within strict internal manufacturing guidelines
Operating our filling, capping and labelling machines
Keeping accurate stock records and completing internal paperwork
Unloading / Loading of palletised goods
Checking off incoming deliveries
Picking materials as requested
General housekeeping duties sweeping, cleaning, disinfecting in line with internal procedure.
Making sample batches when requested
Preparing goods for dispatch inline with internal procedure.

What we are looking for:

Ideally you will have 2+ years' experience working within a production / warehousing capacity.
You will be competent in following laid out procedures and will understand the importance of ensuring accuracy when mixing.
You will have a good working knowledge of COSHH. As well as having good awareness of safe working procedures within a production / warehousing capacity.
Owing to the volatile chemicals and tolerances we work to the ability to speak, read and write in English.
Good numeracy skills and be able to keep track of output.
Able to work a variety of shift patterns and work overtime as and when required.
Good knowledge of hygiene standards and the importance of reducing the likelihood of cross contamination.

Desirable:

FLT Counterbalance certification.
Emergency First aid At Work certification.
NVQ Level 2 Warehousing / NVQ Level 2 Production
COSHH training
Hygiene training

Production & Factory Manager.
