Description
Develops, implements and monitors impactful digital marketing plans, in alignment with our regional communications and marketing strategy.


Works in close collaboration with the wider Communications & Marketing team to create and repurpose engaging written, graphic, animation and video content.


Analyses and evaluates digital marketing activities, to ensure effective lead generation, and ensures successful follow up, through marketing automation tooling, customer relations management connectivity, user experience enhancements, customer journey mapping and alignment with the regional sales team.


TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES AS DIGITAL MARKETING ADVISOR:

Campaign management:
Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.

  • Search Engine Optimisation (SEO): Improving our company website's position in search engine rankings to drive visitors
  • Pay Per Click (PPC): Planning and optimising paid advertising placements across relevant websites
  • Social media marketing (SMM): Utilising social platforms like such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram to create brand awareness and presence. In addition to this, ensure effective remarketing
  • Content marketing: consistently creating, distributing, and promoting relevant online materials

Platform management:
Ensures the tools that link marketers and customers effectively work by building awareness and engagement.- Grow and sustain our digital audience across all online platforms

  • Ensure compliance and integrity of our online tools and systems
  • Maintain and develop our company websites via the company's CMS
  • Coordinate domain name registrations with our global and regional teams
  • Monitor hosting performance of our websites and improve loading speed
  • Enhance our website performance and visibility by gathering, updating and improving website content
  • Liaise and collaborate with website support providers for website functionalities improvements and monitor service level agreements as directed
  • Measure our SEO performance via platforms such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other relevant sites
  • Map and optimise our various user's (customers, future employees, industry peers etc.) experience across multiple platforms and touch points
  • Moderate all company social media platforms
  • Create, implement and monitor a social media policy and framework for the organisation
  • Manage the marketing module of our CRM system and ensure customer groups and journeys are accurate and GDPR compliant at all times

Content Creation:
Generating creative assets and formats that serve the needs our content strategy objectives.- Plan content calendars across channels to ensure digital platforms are populated with consistent and engaging content that represents the organisation's brand

  • Copywriting
  • Write and repurpose engaging content including social media posts, blogs, online articles and advertising copy
  • Setup and support webinars connecting with clients and prospects to leverage existing marketing/innovation content for training, educational, promotional and finally conversion purposes

Lead generation and management:

Facilitates and supports the process of increasing sales by directly targeting potential customers who have shown interest in a company's products or services.


  • Generate and measure tangible customer leads through effective online and offline visibility
  • Ensure the successful follow up of leads through marketing automation tools, and customer relations management connectivity, user experience enhancements, customer journey mapping and alignment with the regional Sales team

Budget coordination:
Ensures the accurate recording of budget activities.

  • Arranging payments to suppliers in line with our company processes
  • Making recommendations and allocating advertising funds in agreement with the Communications & Marketing manager across digital marketing channels to ensure the best return on investment

Stakeholder management:
Identifying, assessing, and managing the interests and needs of stakeholders

  • Work closely with colleagues throughout the organisation (e.g. sales, HR, Recruitment, operations and IT) to ensure all activity is integrated
  • Source and work with required agencies/suppliers

Be an Ambassador:
Generate internal awareness and understanding of Stork's digital presence, and promote how employees can be ambassadors of this.


Data analysis:
Use the appropriate analytics software to monitor performance of our platforms and campaigns. Where required, make adjustments to improve performance,


Reporting:

Creating regular reports and visual dashboards to measure platform and campaign performance as well as return on investment and competitor analysis.
