We're now looking for a likeminded colleague to join our team at Car Store Nottingham as Parts Advisor, where you'll be at the forefront of our customer-first vision, advising our internal and external customers on their parts queries with your extensive product knowledge.


What does the role of Parts Advisor involve?

  • Working within the parts department, serving internal and external customers and providing advice on products and parts available to them
  • Upholding the correct implementation of pricing structures
  • Working closely with the Parts Leader to monitor stock control
  • Completing all paperwork and requisitions accordingly, whilst maintaining a secure environment at all times

What qualities do I need to succeed in the role of Parts Advisor?

What skills do I need to succeed in the role of Parts Advisor?

  • Parts experience is desirable, however customer service experience is a must you must be able to demonstrate your understanding of products to customers and internal departments
  • Experience of working alone, as well as part of a team
  • Great organisation and administration skills, with experience of computer systems
  • A full UK manual driving licence (desirable but not essential)

£22,433.00-£23,533.00 per year
