Description

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet organizational goals
Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors and sponsors
Manage donor database and track fundraising progress
Plan and execute fundraising events and campaigns
Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional materials for fundraising initiatives
Provide excellent customer service to donors and sponsors
Utilize software tools, such as Raiser's Edge, to manage donor information and track donations

Skills:

Strong market knowledge and understanding of fundraising best practices
Excellent relationship management skills to build and maintain connections with donors and sponsors
Proficient in fundraising techniques and strategies
Knowledge of public relations principles to effectively promote fundraising initiatives
Experience using Raiser's Edge or similar donor management software
Exceptional customer service skills to engage with donors and sponsors
